COMPENSATION FOR CURRENT AND EX-PRISONERS AT HMP MAGILLIGAN

1 November 2016

If you have ever been detained at HMP Magilligan for whatever reason you may be entitled to compensation.

Parts of the HMP Magilligan Prison Estate are antiquated and have over many years required prisoners to engage in the practice of "slopping out" as a result of inadequate in cell toilet facilities. This practice has been eradicated in almost all other prisons in the United Kingdom but the failure to remedy this practice at HMP Magilligan may amount to a breach of human rights.

If you believe your rights may have been breached, please do not hesitate to contact our John O'Kelly for a free consultation.
