HHD Have Healthy Hearts

28 March 2017

Today we had our first 'promotion of health in the workplace' event. We held a blood pressure clinic in the office in association with our charity partner, Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke. HHD staff were able to meet with Amy, a Health officer from the NICHS to have their blood pressure taken. Amy gave us lots of useful advice about keeping healthy and tips for avoiding heart disease or a stroke. The clinic was a great success and we are now looking forward to our next event which is the One Million Step challenge which we will be undertaking from the 24th to the 30th April. Watch this space for more details.
