18 March 2015

Higgins Hollywood Deazley are delighted to announce that our new office premises at Linen House have been shortlisted for two awards from RICS NI (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) at their prestigious awards ceremony to be held at Culloden Estate and Spa in Belfast.

The RICS Awards are recognised as the top building awards in Northern Ireland and a fantastic selection of local landmarks and buildings are in contention for the various awards, including Duncairn Centre for Cultural Arts, Larne Market Yard and Eden Community Centre, Carrickfergus.

HHD's office premises have been recognised in both the regeneration and commercial categories which showcase exceptional improvements to local areas and will demonstrate how the building has improved the built environment in a way that contributes to the area.

Matt Higgins, Partner commented "We are honoured to be recognised in these two categories as remaining in the heart of Belfast, which is extremely important to us, given the needs of the local community and how we can best represent our clients. It is vital to us that we have high quality office space to reflect the expertise and excellence that we offer."
