Alyson Floyd

Alyson graduated from the University of Dundee in 2009 with a First Class honours degree in Law. She continued her studies at Queens University Belfast and completed a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Criminal Justice in 2011 before commencing her training as a solicitor at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.

Alyson commenced her legal training and then practiced in a general practice high street firm for several years gaining knowledge and experience across a wide range of legal areas, with a particular focus on conveyancing and private client work, before moving to a leading corporate and commercial firm where she worked on many high value property transactions.

Alyson joined the Property Department at HHD Solicitors as an Associate Solicitor in June 2021 and will be responsible for all aspects of residential conveyancing within the firm.

Alyson is an experienced conveyancer with a wealth of experience in sales, purchases, property refinance and property portfolio restructuring.

Alyson has acted in complex and high value transactions and has experience in the purchase of lands for development, purchasing property portfolios at auction and in acting for banks and developers in a wide range of areas requiring expertise.

Alyson recognises that dealing with property can be daunting, and her aim is to take the stress and uncertainty out of the process by building lasting relationships with clients, taking time to understand their individual needs and concerns and by keeping you up to date as your matter progresses.
