Caoimhe Mohan is a Solicitor in our Wills and Probate Department, advising clients on all aspects of estate planning, administration and inheritance matters with care, clarity and professionalism.
A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, Caoimhe obtained her Law Degree with a 2:1 before completing her professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2024.
Caoimhe supports clients through every stage of preparing and managing their affairs – from drafting wills and creating powers of attorney to guiding families through the administration of estates. Her calm, empathetic manner makes her particularly well suited to working with clients during emotionally difficult times, ensuring every step is handled with sensitivity and precision.
Before joining the Wills and Probate team, Caoimhe gained experience across several departments at HHD Solicitors, including litigation, conveyancing and medical negligence. This broad background gives her a well-rounded understanding of how personal and financial issues often overlap allowing her to provide holistic and practical advice.
