Rachael works within our Litigation Department acting for clients in a wide range of personal injury and civil litigation matters. She brings a strong mix of experience across plaintiff work, defence work and public sector practice allowing her to approach cases with a balanced and strategic perspective. Rachael is committed to delivering excellent client care and achieving the best possible outcomes for those she represents.
Rachael has recently secured:
- £32,000 settlement – road traffic accident personal injury claim
- £19,000 settlement – road traffic accident personal injury claim
- £16,000 settlement – road traffic accident personal injury claim
Rachael graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a 2:1 Honours degree in Law and qualified as a Solicitor in 2020 achieving a Distinction at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
She trained in a general practice firm, gaining early experience in family law and personal injury litigation before joining HHD Solicitors to work in criminal defence representing clients at police stations, Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court.
Rachael later gained experience in commercial litigation at an international law firm and in defence insurance litigation broadening her understanding of high-value and complex disputes.
After several years living and working in Australia including time in the legal department of a government body, Rachael returned to HHD in 2025 bringing with her a wealth of experience across multiple areas of contentious practice.
