We congratulate Elaine and her team on the tremendous work in bringing a decade long plan to life. It was amazing to get a tour of the building and seeing the state of the art facilities.
Led by Damian Deazley and Joanne Moore, HHD Solicitors acted for the ABC Trust in the acquisition of the site at the former St Gemma’s Secondary School where the Hub has been constructed.
HHD are proud to have been heavily involved in advising the ABC Trust in negotiations and securing the leases for the various tenants.
The Hub represents a huge addition to the community in North Belfast and we cannot wait to see it go from strength to strength.
