A graduate of Queen’s University, Damian was admitted to the Role of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 1991 and went on to become a founding partner of HHD Solicitors. With over three decades of experience, Damian specialises in high value personal injury Civil and Commercial Litigation and is recognised as one of Northern Ireland’s leading personal injury and medical negligence lawyers.

Damian has acted in some of the most significant and high-value cases in Northern Ireland, securing settlements in cases worth millions of pounds.

He represents clients who have suffered catastrophic or life-changing injuries, including those arising from workplace and road traffic accidents and acts for families in fatal accident claims. He is a member of AvMA (Action against Medical Accidents), the Belfast Solicitors’ Association and the Law Society of Northern Ireland. In 2019, Damian was appointed to the Board of Directors of North City Business Centre, the local enterprise agency for North Belfast, supporting small businesses and helping local residents access employment.
