Rosemary Millar

Rosemary Millar focuses on litigation, particularly personal injury claims arising from road traffic accidents, workplace injuries and slips or trips in public places. She also has extensive experience handling medical and dental negligence cases and has represented clients at several high-profile inquests.

Beyond litigation, Rosemary also assists clients with residential conveyancing, wills and estate administration providing a personal, straightforward service in all areas of her work.

Rosemary graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2004 with a Law degree and went on to gain hands-on experience working as a Paralegal and Litigation Manager in a busy Belfast law firm. There she provided legal support to several of Northern Ireland’s Health & Social Care Trusts including the Belfast Trust – experience that gave her an extensive understanding of complex medical and legal issues.

In 2008, Rosemary was among the first students accepted onto the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Ulster University’s Magee campus. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and has since built a wealth of experience in general practice, working with clients across a wide range of legal matters.

Rosemary is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland, the Belfast Solicitors Association, the Northern Ireland Medico-Legal Society and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). She is also part of the Law Society’s Elder Law Group, reflecting her commitment to supporting older clients and their families.
